Breathable upper nozzle for tundish

The traditional tundish upper nozzle and immersion nozzle are used to prevent clogging at the expense of life, and the tundish breathable upper nozzle is developed to solve the above contradiction.

Upper nozzle of tundish

The upper nozzle of the tundish is embedded in the brick at the bottom of the tundish when used, and cooperates with the plug rod to control the flow of molten steel. Our series of tundish upper nozzle has the characteristics of excellent thermal shock stability, erosion resistance, erosion resistance, anti-clogging, etc. With the integral plug rod produced by our company, the number of tundish continuous casting furnaces can be increased.

Integral stopper

The integral plug rod is installed in the tundish when used to control the flow of steel liquid from the tundish to the mold. The whole plug rod of our company is divided into aluminum carbon and magnesium carbon, which is suitable for casting different steel grades. Various rod heads designed for customers through numerical simulation are respectively suitable for continuous casting of large square billet, small square billet, rectangular billet, round billet, large slab, thin slab, etc. The product has good anti-erosion, anti-erosion performance; casting process flow control stability, after the completion of the casting closed tight and so on.

Submerged nozzle

The submerged nozzle plays the role of protecting the molten steel from being oxidized by ambient air when it flows into the crystallizer from the tundish, and at the same time, it also plays the role of evenly distributing the molten steel to the crystallizer and controlling the flow state of the molten steel in the crystallizer. Because of its excellent performance such as good slag resistance, blockage prevention, long life and low accident rate, it is well received by users.

Long water mouth

The long water port is a refractory material connecting the big package and the tundish. The long water port has the functions of stabilizing the flow state of molten steel, preventing the oxidation of molten steel and splashing of molten steel.

Double-proof air-permeable brick locking mechanism

SAFETY-type double-proof air-permeable brick locking mechanism is a domestic device with double-proof function. It can prevent the occurrence of internal and external steel leakage accidents during the use of air-permeable bricks. Due to the one-way closed valve in the mechanism, the function of slowing down the steel seepage of slits can be realized. It has high safety and reliability and can improve the service life of air-permeable bricks.

Magnesium ramming material, aluminum-magnesium ramming material

Aluminium-magnesia ramming material is made of corundum, fused magnesia and other raw materials and additives. It has the characteristics of erosion resistance, erosion resistance and convenient construction. It is mainly used for caulking around the base brick at the bottom of the ladle and around the base brick at the bottom of the tundish.

Self-flowing castable

Integral argon blowing gun

Based on the principle of close accumulation, the integral argon blowing gun is made of ultra-fine powder and composite additives, which has the characteristics of high strength, good thermal shock resistance and corrosion loss resistance. It can be used for argon blowing at the top of the ladle alone, and can also work with the argon blowing permeable brick system at the bottom of the ladle, which can obviously improve the efficiency of ladle smelting and the quality of molten steel.
