SAFETY-type double-proof air-permeable brick locking mechanism is a device with double-proof function in China. It can prevent the occurrence of internal and external steel leakage accidents during the use of air-permeable bricks. Due to the one-way closed valve in the mechanism, it can realize the function of slowing down the steel seepage of slits. It has high safety and reliability and can improve the service life of air-permeable bricks. Its characteristics are as follows:
1. The installation of the locking body is mainly fixed with two stainless steel T-bolts, which is simple and practical to disassemble.
2. The combination of the series products from the argon blowing system and the design of the locking mechanism enables safer operation and use.
3. The pad brick is easy to assemble and directly suit in the seat brick. At the same time, the pad brick and the breathable brick core are reasonably equipped and adjusted, so as to avoid the possibility of steel leakage from the iron sheet of the brick core.
4. When assembling the breathable brick core, use positioning tools to install it to ensure that the fire mud around the brick core is evenly distributed and installed in place accurately to avoid steel leakage accidents.
5. When replacing the breathable brick core, there is no need to remove the locking body, thereby reducing the manual labor of the workers.
6. At the throat of the breathable brick core, a special sealing structure combined with a high temperature resistant sealing tube and a metal conduit is used to guide argon and blow oxygen. The structure can be used many times without leakage.
7. The installation of the sealing plate is mainly the combination of the brick core throat and the locking body, which plays a sealing role.
8. The locking body is the main component of the mechanism to prevent the leakage of molten steel. Its design is mainly to avoid the outflow of molten steel from the throat of the permeable brick (if molten steel enters the locking body, it can be sintered and locked immediately to avoid the occurrence of steel leakage).
9. The inside of the locking body is equipped with a closed one-way valve closure function to avoid gas return inside the argon-blowing pipeline, and slow down the degree of steel seepage in the slit of the breathable brick. When the same furnace is used, the high size of the brick core is increased, and the service life and safety of the breathable brick are improved, thus greatly reducing the production cost.
The device has been used in large quantities in Tianjin Iron and Steel (120T ladle), Laiwu Taishan Steel Plant (80T ladle), Zhejiang Zhenshi Group Dongfang Special Steel (90T ladle), Russian Oskar (150T) and other steel mills, and has been well received by users.
SAFETY type permeable brick locking mechanism can be applied to the use of ladles or molten metal containers with various bulk weights, such as 90T, 120T, 180T, 200T, 280T and 300T, and can also provide double anti-locking mechanisms for permeable bricks of different specifications according to the needs of users.
