Combined pulling mechanism of ladle permeable brick and upper nozzle

The DLS-2 air-permeable brick and upper nozzle combined pulling mechanism is an upper nozzle pulling device with simple structure, flexible operation and hydraulic power. It consists of a simple triangle hanger, a hydraulic pulling device, and a rear-type pull rod.
During operation, the pull rod is first put into the upper nozzle hole, the front end of the pull rod is clamped against the front end of the upper nozzle, the rear end of the pull rod is connected with the hydraulic cylinder through self-locking parts such as flanges, and then the hydraulic cylinder is started to pull out the upper nozzle, and the operation time is within 1-2min.

1. The removal of the upper nozzle by the mechanism will not cause damage to the nozzle seat brick, which greatly reduces the probability of steel seepage between the seat brick and the upper nozzle fire mud joint;
