Zhengzhou Huite Group Co.,Ltd. is affiliated to Puyang Pu High Temperature Resistant Materials (Group) Co.,Ltd. (Puyang Refractories Group Co.,Ltd., Pu Nai Co.,Ltd., PRCO). Since its establishment, it has always aimed at the development trend of international and domestic refractory materials. It now has fixed assets of 330.26 million yuan and employs more than 1400 people, including 120 with intermediate or above technical titles and 31 with senior technical personnel. It has established technical cooperation relations with Luoyang Refractory Research Institute, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Henan University of Science and Technology High Temperature Materials Research Institute, Liaoning University of Science and Technology and other institutions. It has municipal testing centers and R & D institutions, and has strong ability in the research and development of new products. The group company is located in the hinterland of the Central Plains, at the foot of Songshan Mountain, adjacent to the two major railway lines of Beijing-Guangzhou and Longhai, and 1km away from the Xinmi West Exit of Zhengshao Expressway. With convenient transportation, perfect communication facilities, rich mineral resources and excellent quality, the unique conditions provide extremely convenient conditions for the production and development of refractory materials.

The company has two imported German Les 2500 tons of full-automatic hydraulic brick presses, five automatic production lines for amorphous materials and 668 sets (sets) of various production equipment and testing and inspection equipment including 6 medium (high) temperature tunnel kilns, with an annual production capacity of 200000 tons of various refractory materials.

The production products are divided into the following categories: 1. aluminum-silicon shaped products: including silica brick, anti-spalling high alumina brick, low porosity clay brick, clay, high alumina, corundum series refractory products, phosphate bonded high alumina brick, alkali-resistant brick, acid-resistant brick, silicon carbide products, etc.; 2. alkaline series shaped products: including environment-friendly composite bricks, flexible composite bricks, directly combined magnesia-chrome bricks, magnesia-iron composite spinel bricks, magnesia-iron spinel bricks, periclase spinel bricks, magnesia-alumina-chromium spinel bricks, fused magnesia-chrome bricks, fused semi-fused magnesia-chrome bricks, fused magnesia-aluminum bricks, high-purity sintered magnesia bricks, magnesia-zirconium bricks, etc. 3. Unshaped products: including various ramming materials, low cement castables, high alumina high strength castables, steel fiber reinforced castables, alkali resistant castables, corundum castables, mullite castables, ceramic wear resistant coatings, spraying materials, etc. used in chemical, electric power, metallurgy, building materials and other industries. At the same time, the company has the qualification of kiln engineering design and construction and rich construction experience, which can provide customers with one-stop service in kiln design, material selection, manufacturing and construction.
