Product Introduction
Electric melting (semi) combined with magnesia chrome brick is a high-tech product independently developed by our company according to the damage mechanism of refractory materials used in refining furnaces outside the furnace. It won the national invention patent in 2009 (patent number: ZL200710189926.X) and won the first prize of scientific and technological progress in Zhengzhou in 2010. The product uses composite electrofused magnesium chromium spinel, high-grade microcrystalline electrofused (sintered) magnesia and high-purity chromium ore as the main raw materials, adding special composite nanomaterials, through scientific proportioning, strong mixing and grinding, high pressure molding and ultra-high temperature sintering. The product not only has the characteristics of high strength, erosion resistance, erosion resistance, etc., but also has the properties of thermal shock resistance and spalling resistance. It is mainly suitable for the immersion tube, circulation tube, lower tank, alloy feeding port of RH furnace, as well as the harsh parts of AOD, VOD, DH, SKF and other refining equipment.
1. Product characteristics:
The product uses composite electrofused magnesium-chromium spinel as the main raw material, which not only increases the stable magnesium-chromium spinel phase content in the product, forms a dense structure, but also effectively improves the high-temperature strength and erosion resistance of the product;
Using the different thermal expansion coefficients of magnesia-chromium spinel and fused magnesia with different compositions and grades, the internal structure of the product forms non-penetrating micro-cracks and micro-pores at high temperature. Microstructure analysis shows that the pore diameter of the product is not only less than 9 μm, but also uniformly distributed in a closed shape. When the product is subjected to thermal stress and temperature changes, these micro-cracks and micro-pores have the functions of absorbing, digesting and transferring energy, therefore, the high temperature structure of the product is stable, the slag erosion resistance is strong, the thermal shock resistance and the peeling resistance are excellent, which effectively improves the service life of the product on the refining furnace outside the furnace.
